It is my pleasure to extend my invitation to you for the VI.Annual Congress of the The Mediterranean Society of Pelvic Floor Disorders, which will convene from April 3rd : 5th, 2008 in Cairo, Egypt.

From all meetings coming your way, I know you will wish to participate particularly in the MSPFD Meeting.   As usual, its outstanding international faculty of proctologists and experts of related disciplines will present their traditionally well balanced blending of education and experience, and they will stimulate the exchange of views on alternative treatment modalities and future-oriented controversial issues with our interactive and dynamic audience.  Surely, your open and honest debate at the meetings is the most meaningful and productive contribution to help all of us keep abreast of the increasingly demanding developments in our profession,  last not least to the benefit of the quality of patient care.  This keeps us in line with the constantly obliging challenge embedded in the name of our Mediterranean Society of Pelvic Floor Disorders

The preparations for our Meeting are in full swing, our colleagues in Egypt are working tirelessly to tailor the event according to its importance.  The beauty of our exciting country where almost every brick has a part in its rich history is a most attractive setting for the MSPFD to meet.
